About Event

This workshop aims to provide the thorough knowledge in total station. In recent years, total station has replaced the traditional surveying instruments such as theodolite and dumpy levels as it gives directly the three-dimensional coordinates of surveyed points which forms the fundamental data in preparation of contour maps, layout maps of buildings, roads, etc. This workshop gives hands on training in total station which will be more helpful for the Students, Faculty members and Research scholars to enrich their knowledge in the field of surveying and to understand the concepts of total station and its benefits in the real field of Civil Engineering. At the end, the participants will be well prepared to use it for any kind of survey work in civil engineering field.
